We’re two high school sweethearts who wanted to try something different after the pandemic affected our careers.

So we took out a loan, bought a laser engraver and U-Hauled it back to our small New England town.

Still waiting on my order correction

I ordered a stamp at the beginning of February and when it was delivered, there was a blemish on the stamp that showed up on the final image. I reached out the customer service and they offered to redo the order. It is now mid-March and I am still waiting on my order. I was never provided with a tracking number for the new order so I have no idea where the item is. When I reached out to customer service, I was told to check with the neighbors! I was really hopeful when I found this company but after the unusable stamp, poor communication with customer service and half-hearted attempt to remedy the issue, I am very disappointed. I’m still waiting for that order and hope that one day it will show up or that the company will finally make this right.
