We have a lifetime warranty on all our products, because the most important part of our business is our customers.

To be eligible for a refund, we'll need the receipt of purchase and a kind-hearted request. At this time, we'll most likely offer to send you a new item for free, at no charge.

If your refund is accepted, we'll notify you within 48 hours, or 2 business days, of your request and refund your order in full. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at the email above.
