3a. For return address stamps or any other stamp with a pre-made design: type in your design number and information exactly as you'd like it to appear in the personalization box.

3b. For custom logo stamps: upload your logo file and include any other details you'd like to include in the personalization box.

4. A day or two later, we'll email you with an art proof for your heart's approval or to request any edits.

5. Once you approve, get excited! Your order will be made, packed & shipped ASAP. ♥

Once you approve your digital design proof, our current production time is 2-3 business days.

All orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail. The average time is 1-5 days depending on how close you live to our New England shop (Connecticut) ♥

We list all impression sizes in the description of each product page, so make sure to read before placing your order. They are:
♥ Round: 1.68" Self-Inking; 1.97" Wood; 2" XL Self-Inking

♥ Rectangular: 2.3"x0.8" Self-Inking; 2.5"x1" Wood; 3"x1.5" XL Self-Inking

♥ Wood Engraved Stamps: 1"x1", 1.5"x1.5", 2"x2", or 2"x3"

♥ Embossers: 1.68" diameter

Use the Upload File button when ordering your custom logo stamp before adding to cart. But if you forget, or you don't have a design ready, not to worry!

You can send us your logo after you order, or we offer basic design services for an added fee. Contact us for more information.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if there's an issue with your order and we'll make it right.
